He is a business leader and Supply Chain Management recruiter and technocrat in the Oil & Gas and public sectors, and Lead Procurement Consultant at Amaryllis Consulting, a Supply Chain and Logistics Consultancy; and an Executive Director at the Centre for Procurement Excellence. He is on the CIPS Board of Fellows in Nigeria.
He held Senior Management positions at Shell and thereafter, served in the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) as Lead Procurement Consultant under the World Bank Economic Reform and Governance Project (ERGP). He was part of the team that reviewed Nigeria’s public procurement procedures and bidding documents, and led capacity building for the Federal Government’s procurement cadre.
